WHEN GOD CLOSES A DOOR, HE OPENS A WINDOW
There is something I truly adore about windows. Yes I also love doors. Especially old once. They sometimes go beautifully through my lenses of camera. But what I truly love about windows is that it is a comfort. When God is closing doors, it seems like something great is shut off. Sometimes it is so sad that it is hard for us to see ahead and all we think is how stupid we are that we didn't see it in first place.
But, when a window is open for us, then we know God is there. When a window is open for us, then we know it is Him. When a window is open for us- then we find the comfort. When a window is open, we have hope, we have a way to get our fresh air and also be grateful for it.
My God, My shelter, I need more windows in my life. Lord, I do not search for things too great for me to unfold, but whatever I can carry and survive for today. Whatever I can have for this moment. And please show me the reason for things.
Windows.

Eaten Apple
What I really like about this photo is the position of the eaten apple, stuck in the fence. It is, as if someone found this apple in a beautiful store, bought it, ate eat, and after it was so pleasing and delicious to him he found that he doesn't need the rest of it and he decided to stuck it in the fence, in the neighborhood. That person was right. For what does he need an eaten apple. He already finished it.
Now, everyone that is going in the neighborhood can see the apple that once was beautiful and whole. Now it is hanged on a fence. The Eaten apple.

Sweet Danish baby!
Sweet Adam
This is, and you probably will agree, one of the most cute baby e-v-e-r. His name is Adam and he is the son of friends of mine. I actually met his sweet parents before he was born and had the privilege to take some photos (in an rush) of his beautiful sweet smiling face. I definitely won't mind to have a few like him. and I wish, in his kind of style :)

A Sweet Memory
I remember a beautiful (and very) sunny days. the first tow shots I took after Mike and Shiri's wedding. These little dolls were the flower girls of the bride and I just needed to watch over them 'till their parents were ready to leave. I took the time and took some photos, for fun, that happened to be one of the first photos I used for my new hobbit. The dog by the window is in my old apartment in Nahalaot. I think it's reflecting loneliness and sadness but in the same time so much expectation and hope, looking forward to a bright future.
The last picture is a loved one. It's Lou-Lou and I. She was a really young baby there. Sweet uh?

My home.
That is my little city, which so much history is laid upon her shoulders.
The colors, the lights, the people. Yemin Moshe, Nahalaot- my neighborhood, the Shuk (market), downtown... All of it- altogether. It is what I call home. My base. My bed. The place I come back to, even though it's sometimes so together, and even though it's sometimes so alone. That is Jerusalem. It is a magnet for weirdos, and a magnet for missionaries. it is a place for prayer and a place you wanna run away from. I sometimes wanna run away from. But even though I wanna run away, when I write, I sometimes cannot believe that I really live here...- in Jerusalem.

Little Ladies
One of the things I truly love is to spend quality time with the Myers girls. This two- are extremely special to me. The little lady in the picture is- my little friend Lali. She is so young, but already a smart and sweet lady. Her sister, Noamika, is my little sunshine that makes me happy when skies are grey... aren't they special?
